Low profile assemblies and applications exposed to vibration require the component to sit flat on the board instead of standing off it. The Iteco 421000 die assembly forms exactly this contour on the Superform/AF without a stand-off loop, giving an overall height B of 5 to 8 mm above the board.

Compatibility and scope of delivery
The die assembly belongs to the Superform/AF cutting, bending and preforming machine. Machine accessories are the motor unit Iteco 7915.032 at 230 V or Iteco 7915.033 at 115 V, the BR6 tape reel holder Iteco 7915.185 and the CS40 feeder Iteco 7915.184 for loose components. Supplied as a set of two preforming groups, the machine itself is not included.
