Force sensors
Festo SKDA force sensors measure compressive forces directly inside the cylinder and provide an analogue output signal for controlling joining forces, clamping processes, and press operations. The sensors are available in rated force classes from 1.5 N to 17 N (SKDA-1.5-AB, SKDA-4-AB, SKDA-7-AB, SKDA-12-AB, SKDA-17-AB) and integrate into existing pneumatic cylinders without mechanical modification.
