T32 series
Soldering and Desoldering Tips
The Hakko T32 series covers soldering tips in standard geometries for compatible Hakko stations: chisel shapes D (0.8 mm to 5.2 mm), bevel-cut shapes B, BC (1-4 mm), BCF, BCMT and BCT, needle-point shapes I and ILS, conical shape K and KF, plus KU for SMD work. The J shape (0.2 mm) handles angled joints with limited access. With 24 variants, the T32 series covers the most common hand soldering requirements in electronics production.
Chisel shapes D - 0.8 / 1.2 / 1.6 / 2.4 / 3.2 / 5.2 mm for THT and SMD
BC bevel-cut shapes 1-4 - BCF/BCMT/BCT variants for pad arrays and SOP
I, ILS, K, KF, KU shapes - needle, conical and KU for diverse SMD tasks
J shape 0.2 mm - angled tip for confined solder joints
| Code | Geometry | Dimensions |
|---|---|---|
| D08 to D52 | Chisel | 0.8 / 1.2 / 1.6 / 2.4 / 3.2 / 5.2 mm |
| B | Pencil point (standard) | - |
| BC1 to BC4 | Bevel-cut | 1-4 mm |
| BCF1-4, BCMT3, BCT3 | Bevel-cut variants | 1-4 mm |

Typical applications: Hand soldering in SMT and THT production with compatible Hakko stations, rework on pad arrays and SOP components (BC shapes), work in confined joints (J02), SMD chip placement and rework (KU), and general service work in repair laboratories.
