T52 series
Soldering and Desoldering Tips
The Hakko T52 series consists of seven active soldering tips in the ultra-fine category for compatible Hakko stations, focusing on extremely small geometries: I shapes (0.05 mm and 0.5 mm), J shapes (0.05 mm and 0.15 mm), K shape, and L shapes (L1, L2). The I and J tips at 0.05 mm are among the finest in the Hakko range, enabling soldering on the smallest QFN and IC pads with 0.2-mm pitch requirements. The L1 and L2 forms allow processing of chip component rows.
| Part number | Shape | Dimension |
|---|---|---|
| T52-I005 | I needle, active | 0.05 mm |
| T52-I015 | I needle | 0.5 mm |
| T52-J005 | J angled, active | 0.05 mm |
| T52-J015 | J angled, active | 0.15 mm |
| T52-K | K active | - |
| T52-L1 | L chip, active | 1 mm |
| T52-L2 | L chip, active | 2 mm |
Typical applications: Precision soldering on the smallest QFN, CSP and fine-pitch ICs at 0.2-mm pitch (I005, J005), micro-SMD component rework under microscope, chip component assembly using L1/L2 tips in miniature electronics, and specialist rework on densely packed boards in medical devices and aerospace electronics.
