Hakko T35 Serie
Hakko Soldering and Desoldering Tips
The Hakko T35 series comprises composite soldering tips available in two temperature ratings (350 °C and 400 °C) and in the standard geometries D (chisel, 0.6 mm and 1 mm), I (needle point), J (bent) and KU for SMD work. The composite construction combines a copper core for high thermal conductivity with an iron-clad outer layer and an anti-oxidation coating, making these tips compatible with lead-free SAC alloys (SAC305, Sn99) as well as leaded solders.
The T35 tips fit compatible Hakko soldering stations and are selected as replacements or additions for ongoing production lines. The suffix 02 (400 °C) and 03 (350 °C) allows precise matching to station model and process requirements.

Typical applications: SMT rework and hand soldering on PCBs with lead-free SAC alloys, repair of THT through-hole assemblies, board assembly in consumer and industrial electronics, and maintenance work in service labs with high tip change frequency.
