Soldering and Desoldering Tips
The Hakko T20 Series comprises 22 soldering tips in composite construction, designed for Hakko FX-838-compatible handpieces. The composite design combines a copper core with a nickel-based, lead-free-compatible outer coating, ensuring chemical resistance to SAC alloys and optimised heat transfer to the solder joint. Available geometries include BC, BCF and BCM profiles in sizes ranging from 2BC to 4BC, as well as I and J tip shapes.

Lead-free compatible - suitable for SAC solders (Sn-Ag-Cu) and conventional Sn-Pb alloys
Geometry variety - BC, BCF, BCM, BCM2, I, J, BC3, BC4 within a single series

Typical applications: SMD assembly and rework on lead-free PCBs, THT through-hole connections with medium heat requirements, repair and touch-up in electronics manufacturing, quality control and maintenance in ESD-protected areas conforming to DIN EN 61340-5-1.
