T39 series

Soldering and Desoldering Tips

The Hakko T39 series is the most comprehensive Hakko tip range in the catalogue, covering 67 variants from ultra-fine to wide-area tips. Geometries include pencil-point shapes B (0.2, 0.5, 0.7 mm), bevel-cut BC formats 1020 to 3545 with BCF, BCM and BCR (V-groove) variants, extended pencil forms BLL and BS, and the fine base form BL at 0.2 mm. V-groove BCR tips range from 1.2 mm to 5.2 mm, providing a particularly wide selection for cable connections and trace soldering.

The T39 series is compatible with Hakko stations and combines active tip technology with a broad geometry programme for fine pad pitches, SMD arrays and wiring connections.

67 variants - broadest T39 geometry programme from ultra-fine to wide-area soldering
B shapes 0.2-0.7 mm - pencil point for 0402 components and tight SMD pitches
BC bevel-cut 1020-3545 - active variants and BCF/BCM versions
📦 BCR V-groove 1.2-5.2 mm - for cable connections and PCB trace soldering
BLL / BS 0.2 mm - ultra-fine work on the tightest SMD contacts and ICs
