T36 Series

Soldering and Desoldering Tips

The Hakko T36 series covers 18 soldering tip types for compatible Hakko irons, offering a broad range of geometries for hand soldering in electronics manufacturing and laboratory work. The range includes B shapes (T36-B, T36-B2 0.5B), BC shapes (T36-BC1 1BC, T36-BC2 2BC, T36-BC3 3BC), BL (broad blade), C shapes (T36-C1 1C, T36-C4 4C), D chisels (T36-D08 0.8 mm, T36-D16 1.6 mm, T36-D24 2.4 mm, T36-D52 5.2 mm, T36-DL32 3.2 mm long), the I shape and ILS (slim), J02 (0.2 mm) and JS02 (0.2 mm angled), and the K blade shape.

The D chisel range (0.8-5.2 mm) covers standard SMD and THT work. The J02 and JS02 shapes (0.2 mm, straight and angled) are suited to fine-pitch pads and micro components. The BL and K blade shapes enable simultaneous multi-pin soldering or solder bridge removal. The ILS (slim) shape provides access in confined assembly areas. All T36 tips are compatible with the corresponding Hakko T36 series irons.

Typical applications: Hand soldering and rework on SMD components from 0402 to SOIC, THT connections and cable assembly, precision soldering with fine tips (J02, JS02) on fine-pitch ICs, solder bridge removal using blade shapes (BL, K), soldering in confined assembly areas (ILS), and production and laboratory work on Hakko T36-compatible stations.
