Cutting and U-Bending Die Assembly for Heavy Leads Superform/AF - Iteco 430650

Components with heavy leads load the knives and bending jaws far more than signal parts do. The Iteco 430650 die assembly handles cutting to length and U bending on the Superform/AF in the version for this upper lead range. Every 430 series die group in the 2026 catalogue is assigned to the extra reinforced machine 7915.097, which processes leads from 1 to 1.3 mm.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

The die assembly belongs to the Superform/AF cutting, bending and preforming machine. Machine accessories are the motor unit Iteco 7915.032 at 230 V or Iteco 7915.033 at 115 V, the BR6 tape reel holder Iteco 7915.185 and the CS40 feeder Iteco 7915.184 for loose components. Supplied as a set of two preforming groups, the machine itself is not included.
